Updating your online account details
How to manage your account information
Edit your profile to update your own details for your online account.
If you are an administrator for your organisation you can also add new authorised users or update details for existing ones.
Updating your own details
You can update the following personal details in your account profile:
- name
- addresses — your physical, postal and email address, and
- contact phone numbers.
To update your personal details:
- Log in.
- From the main menu, select your username and choose 'Profile'.
- Edit the details you wish to change.
- Select 'Update'.
Managing authorised users for your organisation
If you are an account administrator, you can update details on behalf of your organisation. You can:
- add and remove authorised users for your organisation account, and
- update an authorised user's details.
Adding an authorised user
- Log in.
- Select ‘Authorised Users’ from the main menu.
- Select the ’Create' button.
- Provide the following details for the new user:
- Name
- Email address
- Role (either ‘Authorised’ or ‘Authorised as Administrator’).
- Submit.
We will send the new user an email containing an invitation code. To activate their account they must:
- have a RealMe login
- follow the link in the email, and
- use the invitation code.
Updating an authorised user's details
- Log in.
- Select ‘Authorised Users’ from the main menu.
- Find the user to update.
- Select the drop-down arrow next to their name and select ‘Edit’.
- Provide the updated details for the user:
- Name
- Email address
- Role (either ‘Authorised’ or ‘Authorised as Administrator’).
- Submit the change.
Removing an organisation user
- Log in.
- Select ‘Authorised Users’ from the main menu.
- Find the user to remove.
- Select the drop-down arrow next to their name and select ‘Remove’..
Updating organisation details
