Keeping charitable trust board details up to date
Once you have registered your charitable trust board, you are required by law to keep certain information about it up to date on the register.
- Reregistering as an incorporated society How existing society-based charitable trust boards can apply to reregister under the Incorporated Societies Act 2022. You must apply before 5 April 2026 (Easter Sunday).
