Keeping charitable trust board details up to date
Once you have registered your charitable trust board, you must keep certain information up to date on the register.
- Reregistering as an incorporated society How existing society-based charitable trust boards can apply to reregister under the Incorporated Societies Act 2022. You must apply before 5 April 2026 (Easter Sunday).
