New Charitable Trusts Register coming soon
The Charitable Trusts Register is moving to a new technology platform. This upgrade is part of our commitment to enhancing your experience.
You will not need to do anything when the register moves to its new platform. Your existing RealMe login will work, and your account details will be transferred for you, along with all your existing authorities.
Register availability
We will need to take the register offline for a planned, small amount of time later in March while we migrate to the new platform. We will update the website when the timing is confirmed.
Please complete any work in progress by 6 March
We will start migrating data to the new platform soon. We cannot migrate incomplete applications or updates. If you have any applications or updates in progress, please finish those before 5pm Friday 6 March 2026.
You may need to use manual forms
If you need to update the register for your charitable trust board after 5pm Friday 6 March, please complete the appropriate PDF form and send it to us. The addresses to use are printed on each form. We will process it as soon as we have migrated the register to the new platform.
